Journey is a powerful Stress Management & Mental Wellbeing Program for big & small companies which trains people to focus/calm their mind to better manage stress.

Journey’s program includes a subscription of weekly mindfulness and meditation classes, taught live in your offices (or virtually), unlimited access to the Journey Meditation App, a full Client Success Program to launch/support the program and Business Impact Metrics & Reporting evaluating the efficacy of our work amongst your team. Subscriptions start at 13 weeks, but most clients will sign on for 6-months to a full year, prepaid. Program costs range from $250-$500+ per week, depending on the number of employees and the number of classes included.

We teach onsite classes in the following metro areas: Austin, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Miami, London, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto and Washington DC. We also offer virtual classes all over the world.

Employer Setup Process

Once you confirm your program, our Client Success Team will provide you with a full Communication Strategy to launch and manage your team’s participation. This includes launch emails, marketing/promotion materials for the office, and participant survey tools to help measure the success of the program. Clients also receive a personalized code for the Journey Meditation App, offering guided meditations, progress tracking and notifications/schedule of upcoming classes. Our Business Impact Metrics Survey will help measure your program’s success by evaluating participants before and during their participation on several key metrics – stress levels, ability to focus, productivity, sleep, and more.
